Shipping times within France are typically 3 business days. For the rest of Europe, delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 business days. Please note that delivery for our leather bags may take up to one week within France and Europe.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. Once it’s dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey in real-time.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped (usually within 2 days after payment). This email will include your tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my product?
Yes, we offer a free return or exchange service for all products purchased on our site. You can choose either an exchange or a refund, based on your preference.
What are the return conditions?
You can return a product for free within 15 days of receiving your order, provided it has not been used, it is in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Can I return a used product or one that doesn't meet my expectations?
Unfortunately, used products cannot be returned. However, if the item does not meet your expectations and is still in its original condition, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
What are the processing times for returns and exchanges?
We process exchange requests within 5 business days. Once we receive your return, you will receive a refund or an exchange promptly.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect product?
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at contact@pauletteparis.fr, sending photos of the product along with your receipt. This request must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
We will process your request and send you a replacement item or issue a refund, based on your preference.

How should I care for my Paulette items?
To maintain the quality of your Paulette pieces, we recommend following the care instructions specific to each product. For wool and silk accessories, we suggest dry cleaning or spot cleaning with a soft cloth. For leather bags, use a leather-appropriate cleaning product for light maintenance. Our sunglasses can be cleaned with a soft microfiber cloth, avoiding harsh chemicals.
Do leather bags require special care?
Yes, to keep your leather bags looking beautiful and durable, we recommend gently cleaning them with a soft cloth and nourishing the leather with a product designed for this purpose. Store them in a dry place, away from moisture, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Can sunglasses be cleaned with regular cleaning products?
No, it’s best to avoid conventional chemical products. Use a microfiber cloth to clean your sunglasses, avoiding abrasive or solvent-based products. If necessary, a little warm water is sufficient to remove marks, but always be gentle to avoid damaging the lenses or frames.
How can I preserve the appearance and texture of my silk and wool items?
For silk, we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing with cold water and a mild detergent to preserve the texture. Never twist or wring silk items, but let them air dry. For wool, we also suggest dry cleaning to prevent distortion. Store wool items in a dry place, away from light and moisture, to maintain their softness and shape.
