We source our wool from the landscapes of Inner Mongolia, renowned for its soft and durable merino wool. Once sourced, the wool is crafted in nearby China, where specialized wool ateliers produce beautifully soft and long-lasting scarves.

Our streamlined production process minimizes transportation, ensuring that our wool scarves not only support quality craftsmanship but also reduce our environmental footprint.

Shipping: We deliver within 3 to 5 days in the EU via Colissimo International for 4,99€. We offer free shipping on orders over €150.

Exception: Please note that our leather bags are delivered within 4 to 7 days in France and Europe as they are shipped directly from our atelier in Italy.

Returns: You have 15 days from receipt of your item to request a free return. To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Cleaning: For regular cleaning, we recommend hand washing with cool water and a gentle wool detergent.

Spot Cleaning: Gently blot small stains with a damp cloth and mild soap, avoiding rubbing the fabric.

Precautions: Do not machine wash, bleach, or wring the scarf, as this can damage the fibers and distort the shape.

Storage: Lay flat to dry on a clean, dry surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve its softness and structure.
